Review and rate Mario Party 5.
I thought MP5 was the 2nd best Mario Party.
It included 7 fun pop-up boards
It had some fun minigames, however there were a lot of luck-based minigames.
It had a whole lot of modes including some never continued.
super duel and card party.
I rate it an 8.25 out of 10.
+ Super Duel Mode.
+ Extra Mode.
+ Additions of Toad, Boo, and Koopa Kid.
+ Some minigames were awesome.

- Some of the boards were small and boring.
- Music was eh.
- Some of the minigames were awful.
- Characters were somewhat emotionless.
- Story Mode sucked. (you can score much of the minigames except for Duel mode.)
- Capsules are meh.

6.5/10.  I played better MP games, but this one is all right.
Mario Party 5, my favorite out of the Gamecube games. I give it an 8/10. Here are some pros and cons about the game.

This game was a huge improvement of the previous games in the series. It included so much more features that worked so well for the game.
Boards were really fun and creative. They never get old, and are just so much fun to play on.
Minigames were excellent. To be honest, this is one of those few Mario Parties that had better minigames. They are so much fun to play.
Music was pretty good, but I wouldn't say it's as good as the music in the previous games.

Gameplay was SLOW!!! I mean, don't get me wrong, the boards were great but I wish Nintendo could've done something to make gameplay go by faster.

Mario Party 5 is a great Mario Party game for the Gamecube. 8/10.
Very slow gameplay at times.
Music was horrible.
Boards were unoriginal.
Capsules when comparing it to future games.
Unlockables were a bit confusing, IMO.

Capsules at the time.
10 spaces back to throw.
Improvements when looking back in previous games.
Stars as hosts were cool.
Character roster.
New characters.
But most importantly, best minigames in the entire series. Best 4 player minigames. 3 vs. 1 minigames. I play this game all the time for the minigames.

10/10 just for the amazing minigames.
