I would say that they do resemble Dry Bones' skulls, and they seem to resemble the Bone Dragons. But they only play the role like the Blarggs.

4. I would say that the musical theme for Luigi's minigames is "Casino Delfino" (Super Mario Sunshine) but the minigame theme is casino-styled minigames.

10th question is too vague. In terms of ratings at the time only IGN and Gamespot ratings as you have said were higher in SMG2; but the fact that SMG2 received awards AND was considered by many reviewing sites as superior to the first game makes me agree with your decision.
