New Message Icons

If you haven't noticed already, each topic has some mushroom attached to it and the message icons all sport some sort of Mario Party item. I changed them to make them a little more useful because before I never even bothered looking at them. I'm hoping you guys enjoy it better than it was before too. Here is what they mean :

Normal Topic

Hot Topic (More than 15 replies)

Very Hot Topic (More than 25 replies)

And they can be changed to look like these. There can also be combinations of these three :

Locked Topic

Sticky Topic

Poll


And to make things a little easier in the Mario Party boards, you know have the option to choose what Mario Party game it is from to make it easier to see in the that board's board index. Please use this. And if it deals with multiple Mario Party games, just leave it as general (the blue space icon).

However, all the boards in the Forum know only have 2 options for Message Icon. There is the :

Blue Space - for general topics

? Space - for question topics

Please use the right ones for the right topics. Thanks.

I think the sticky should be the "Sparky Sticker". Just my opinion...

Since most of this is being done on the Green Theme interface, will you replace the Blue theme interface's icons once you have finalised all the necessary icons?

Is that why all the icons on the blue theme are the blue space and not these? And I like the idea, it may sound goofy but it's creative and helps this place continue to try to solidify it's position as the top Mario Party Forum on the net.

Ah. Yes. Its really hard to tell since the Normal Topic and Topic We Posted In are the same thing.

Maybe you can use some sort of thing like you did with the Sticky Topic, Polls and Locked Topics. That's just a recommendation though.

I do like the ideas of this though. Great job, SZ. =D

I think the lighter one would suit it best since before the icons were changed, they were either dark (not posted in) or brightish-yellow (posted in).

Does the purple star above the icon tell you what you posted in? Just asking.
