AOE's Isometric perspective actually blends quite well with Mario Party's! Looks nice!  ;D

Thank you. Yes, it does. But it is difficult to estimate the size, too. From 720 width the tool or the game is cutting 10 or 15 px. So the characters are moving out of the screen.
Interestingly, MP is solving this problem better than MP2 I guess.

That is interesting. Must be something to do with the different board resolutions between the games.
