Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem

This game looks promising. I've never played the series but it sounds fun. It's coming out on November 14th. Does it seem like a good game?

This series really did become popular. Oh my.

I've played the very first Mario vs. Donkey Kong game. It was ok. Definitely not the best Mario spin-off series out there...but I'm not going to buy this...I mean, the first one was fun...but I just don't like all the puzzles you have to do.

And holy cow. Is that Pauline? Oh shi-

Well, this game is released today. The fourth one in the series already? Wow. Never owned the first three, and I probably won't get this one, either. I never really expressed any interest in these games.

I hate to say it, but I really don't like this series anymore. Seriously, the original one on the GBA was kickass, but now, it's all about the minis and not about MARIO solving level puzzles. Unless they make it like the original, I'm not going to get it. Also, just so you guys know, I also owned the 2nd one. =P

Like grasshipper I think the original GBA game was fun. It was a sweet action-puzzle game. And I played the sequel on the DS, and they did completely change the style of the game, and it just didn't click with me. I can see how many would enjoy that style, but I would like one like the original. They could probably continue both, since they really are separate games.

I never played the first one so I can't really say much about the differences in gameplay. I played the 3 one and I enjoyed it a little. I got bored after a while though.
I probably won't play the new one anyways.
