Well, this is my contribution, it won SMPSF's Mario Party Boxart contest during Glacier Summer:

I dreamed of a SMG-themed Mario Party and this how I made the MP9 background cover looks like.
It has all playable characters in MP8 roster, replacing Birdo and Blooper with Shy Guy and Koopa Troopa.

I added the picture to make up for the fact that I wouldn't have the Mario Party art done yet. I didn't really have any other Mario-related drawings finished, so I posted that picture instead.( P.S. Well if Miyamoto will work on it for a change I can't see why this wouldn't be the real cover for it. It looks nice.

This is great, but why did you replace Blooper? Also, where's Donkey Kong?

The cover shown characters who would be playable. Blooper was replaced because he really shouldn't have been playable anyway. I mean, Blooper on land just seems wrong.

And I have no clue for DK or even his nephew, Diddy Kong. Ask RHB.
