It's a good start for someone who just started LPing, but I found some problems.
When the video started, you and your friend were already at the Western Land title screen. Usually, when someone starts a LP(Edit, this is for the first episode only), they usually start recording it when the game starts or the title screen. After that they do whatever intro they have and introduce themselves(If its a LP channel with multiple people) and start.
You didn't say which character you were. I didn't know you were Mario until you said you got a 6. Next time put your username under the character you picked so people know who's who.
At the minigames and other things(Battle, Bowser, hidden block...) you didn't explain what they were(I know it's been a very long time) But let's say no one knows about this game and they decide to watch a LP about it.
Overall, it's ok with some flaws that someone that just started would have. I've seen MP LP's that are a lot better than yours. Good luck.
