Mario Party 1-3 On The Wii U Virtual Console

Now that we got N64 games coming on the Wii U Virtual Console now, I wonder if their going to re-release all N64 Mario Parties on the Wii U Virtual Console? It would be really amazing for newcomers on the Wii U that never owned a N64, missed out on the classic series that can experience what Classic Mario Party was like back on the N64. Let me know what your thoughts are in the comments. ;)

It will happen eventually for Mario Party 2, since it was released for the original Wii. Mario Party 3 will come at some point, as well, even though it never got the Wii release for Wii Shop Channel. The same could be said for Mario Party DS since we also have DS games, too.

Mario Party (1), however, will never see the light of the day. The game has some mini-games where you have to rotate the control stick rapidly to stand a chance of winning those mini-games. People got their palms of their hands full of blisters, and Nintendo does not want to face that lawsuit again.

The Wii U an 3DS control sticks are much more comfortable than the N64; There's even Island Tour and StreetPass games that brought the control scheme back; or you know, they could add an option to where you can turn them off.

*shakes head*

Trust us, it won't happen. Nintendo wouldn't want something like this happening to them, especially where they stand at the moment. They are in bad shape already and getting themselves into more rubbish is not what they want, at all.

Still no chance. Sure they brought the control scheme back for some mini-games, but it wasn't as bad as the first Mario Party game. Plus, they would need to modify the controls for those mini-games for it to come to the VC, but Nintendo ports games to the VC as they were originally, so it's not happening.
