Hudson's already a wholly subsidiary of Konami Corp. so this really ain't gonna change much.
They still produced Mario Party 8 when Konami basically took control over them, so who knows?
EDIT: When a parent company buys a smaller company, it becomes a subsidiary. However, if a company buys over 50% of the company, they basically have complete control. Konami currently has 57% of it's shareholdings, so they basically run Hudson fully or not.
