I had lots of fun playing this board, but there's a glitch. At the start of your turn, it will show the Klub Koopa map, but when you start rolling, it will switch to the Chilly Waters map, making this kinda confusing for me to play. But if you land on certain spaces that take you away from the board (like bowser, item, etc) it will go back to the Klub Koopa map. Might be a bug

"Important Notes:
- Board Currently only works when replacing the Chilly Waters Board. If any other board is replaced, at set points the chilly waters board (or whatever is put there) will be loaded with the layout of this board making the design completely fail."

In short, make sure the board is replacing Chilly Waters when you play.
