Balloon Fighter is apparently skilled at controlling his balloons. However, this point obviously goes to Takamaru for having the ability to wield different blades, including the Murasame. Sephiroth would still beat him, however.

Balloon Fighter has battled all sorts of enemies getting in his way, but that couldn't even contest with Takamaru's actions of defeating Murasame, a corrupted statue.

When it comes down to it, Balloon Fighter doesn't have a personality to speak of. Takamaru, on the other hand, has a serious, caring, and honoring personality. He may not be as great as Walhart, but he at least has some traits to stand out.

Well, both games aren't too spectacular, but this point goes to Samurai Warriors 3 for at least attempting to be a hack and slash, while Balloon Fight doesn't have anything much in it.
