This point goes to Zelda, because she can perform all sorts of magic like reflectors, fireballs, teleportation, and can turn into Sheik who uses all sorts of ninja-like ways of attacking.

Zelda has helped Link throughout his adventures, although being a damsel-in-distress. Rosalina has helped the Mario Bros save the entire universe twice from Bowser's plan of domination.

Zelda doesn't really have a personality to show off throughout the series. Rosalina is a caring, wise, thoughtful character who you'd probably want to be your caregiver if you were a Luma.

This was hard to decide, coming down to two games: Super Mario Galaxy and Wind Waker. When it comes down to it, Wind Waker just barely wins for more depth to its exploration and story.
