Item Shop Shopkeeper Editor - Allows you to edit the chance of each Shopkeeper appearing.

On Mario Party 3, there's essentially a 66% chance for Toad to show up in the Item Shop, and a 33% chance for Baby Bowser to show up. This event allows you to set the percent chance for Baby Bowser to show up, which in turn also sets the chance for Toad to appear. Make sure the number is between 0 and 100.
