I'm surprised nobody has said it, but money. I'd want it to only rain over my house so that nobody could come on our property. It's a d*** move, but it'd help us with all of our debt.

We have to take into account what exactly is falling from the sky. You don't want animals, they'll die and/or kill you. And you don't want coins, but paper money [imagine a pound/quarter falling from such a height].
Hamburgers, assuming they won't fall apart mid-air, yes, and paper money, yes, but in places where they are needed [sorry, but us Americans are fat and rich enough already].
