Have you ever wanted to make custom levels in New Super Mario Bros. Wii? Well guess what, now you can!
To start things off, we need a physical copy of NSMBW and a softmodded wii. Download this homebrew app and run it with NSMBW in the wii. Dump the files to an SD card. All the levels should now be on your SD Card.
Next, you need to download this editor that can modify the levels. Select the folder where all the levels are, and start editing. A detailed description on how to use the editor shall be found somewhere in the readme or here.
So now you have your custom level. How do we play it on our wii? Well, you need Riivolution, so make sure you have that. Download the patch template here, use it as instructed, and launch the game. Go to the level you edited, and hopefully it should load up!
