The site seems pretty cool, from what I've seen.

My only question, is what are the character banners under each username? I don't mean "newsletter/staff" and all...I mean like.. mine is Shy Guy. Can I change that?

That is the post count rank. It changes as you earn more posts by posting. Don't spam to get them, however.
