I usually don't play games when I'm in a really foul mood cuz most of the games I have will make me even more pissed off lol
However, two games that I always make an exception for... Puyo Puyo (15/20th anniversary) and Bust a Groove 2, those games will always distract me and put me a in a better mood.

I keep playing the game that made me angry 
I don't resort to games usually whenever I'm angry; however, if I do it probably would be Animal Crossing (am serious). It's hard to stay mad while playing such a peaceful game.
Either that or Smash Bros. Melee. I'd imagine that being angry would put in extra concentration while doing something.

BUT EVEN THAT CAN MAKE ME ANGRY when there's that one person u really need to speak to and he/she just says hi how ya doin.
and its also funny when you make someone say something embarrassing like " hey im gay and if eat sh**" lol
