Favorite Unused Partner from Super Paper Mario

[CRode]

It looks as if originally these people could of been partners in Super Paper Mario
but are now catch cards  :'(  http://www.mariowiki.com/List_of_Super_Paper_Mario_beta_elements#Partners

I only know that there was an unused Ladder Pixel in Super Paper Mario.

I didn't know the original Partners were planned. That would be too much if they kept the Pixels. My favorite Partners were Bombette and Yoshi Kid. So they are apparently my favorite unused partners.

Goombella. She was so crazy to the point of breaking the fourth wall constantly.

Vivian and Flurrie.

I've always felt like these two should have appeared in more Mario stuff.

They're sorta like mirrors to Geno & Mallow, only cooler IMO.

That's quite a selection, though I'd personally go with picking Watt myself, that nullifying defense comes in handy.

[Toblet]

Well that's something I didn't know.

I like Vivian, Watt and Yoshikid (Ironically my favourite 3 in the entire series) and I'd have loved it if they had returned... :/ I can always hope they will in Paper Mario U.

Vivian for sure. Her moves were awesome and her personality, along with Yoshi Kid's were awesome.

Overall I would have preferred new partners other than these Pixl's. I just consider them to be "powerups". Partners could have maybe done and new or their own previous overworld technique...

For some reason I want a mashup of all partners in a PM game now.

Lady Bow, Yoshi Kid, and Vivian. Would have loved to see what roles they would have had if made into the game. But they're all in the forms of the cards.

As for the ladder Pixl, well, would have liked to see what would it do. It would probably have been an optional Pixl to collect. But that Pixl was beta, and was never in the final product.

These old characters weren't going to be playable at any stage of development, but were merely included as cards for fanservice. Lots of Nintendo games feature similar cameos as a nod for older gamers to feel a connection between modern games, and the games of their past.

Now as for who I would have liked to see again. I suppose I have to give it to Admiral Bobbery. I like the older and wiser type of characters like him.
