I believe I have once. But never have I accomplished this again. Sad, I know.
Ever Caught All 50 Boos?

Yup, lots of times. For the first time, the only commonly missed Boo was in the Hidden Room.
Yeah, I've caught all of them before. A few times I forgot the one in the hidden room 
Nope. I just got the 40 I needed and thought King Boo. It's also hard when there's 4 rooms you never knew exsisted that have Boos in them.
Is this difficult? I think I would get them all every time I played from my memory.
It's not that difficult if you search all the rooms. It's easy, actually. Some may be tricky to find, though.
I caught every boo for every playthrough except the first. After the second playthrough the game is only good for record breaking.
I did this all times as far as I can remember. I remember doing a complete (all ghosts and boos) run of the game a few times in 1 day.
I did this twice, I always try to get them all, but sometimes I don't care and just continue the game.
Getting all 50 is definitely worth the trouble. I mean, you get a gold diamond worth 20,000,000 Gold. That's easily 20% closer to getting an A Rank.

I only caught all the boos on my first playthrough. I never finished my 2nd playthrough in the Hidden Mansion since I didn't want to go through everything all over again. (I got to the room where I had to free the boos and I quit there...) One day I might get the motivation to actually keep going.

I remember getting 49 on my first playthrough cause I thought King Boo was worth 2 Boos. I didnt know there was 50 until like 2 years ago though.
All too easy, especially in the secret room. When I got better with this game (not the first time I've played it though), I manage to have a streak of all 50 Boos caught on each game completed and it's now continuing...
