Ok Berrylarry200, we need to make a Mario Party Villian due December 31th.

Any suggestions on how the character should be like?

I think it should be a type of Koopa looking thing, but make it a brand-new one.

Well, get some concrete, organised set of info here and draw your Villain. Even a rough pencil draft is fine. Just make sure you have a concept art for the villain.

Background History: May posses many enemies to work for him using his magical instrument. He conduct large groups of monster to destroy the mario partygoers. Was onced destroyed by Mario. Now he is revived with revenge to ruin the party and other things necessary.
