Changing Blog Names

[cookieboy17]

So I just got this idea. Everyone has the generic [insert member's name here]'s Blog. Now would anyone be interested in changing that format so it can be [insert member here] [random name]?

Example: Cookieboy's Condo
Cookie's Lair
The Cook Zone

I think it'd be cool to give members a little more customization, anyone up for it?

[Toshirohokkaido]

A little more customization would be cool

[CaptainShyguy]

I totally say yes. It would be cool to have our own customize blog name.

[Troll]

Yes. Also let people be able to change the description.

Yes. Also let people be able to change the description.

I agree with this. I would like to have a description or for other people that want to change it, it would be kind of great instead of asking an admin or whatever.

[SpiderStaryu]

Yeah, that be peachtastic. Seriously. Also, maybe another thing we can do is make sub-boards in your blog? No? I saw it on a site, but the thing was, you had to post a lot to get it.

[Chubbo1793]

I'd love to be able to customize my blog. Is there any way to let us change them ourselves if you can change the permissions or does it have to be done by an admin?

[Troll]

I'd like it for people to just be able to change their blog name and description at will, but some people will end up abusing that (rapidly changing the description won't be bad, but changing the blog name every 17 seconds would get annoying).

[CaptainShyguy]

Maybe there could be something like with the nicknames.... if a member abuses the power of changing blog's name he could get warns and etc...

Yeah, this is basically what we would do.

[Snowy620]

Yeah, that be peachtastic.

I just might end you now.

Only problem is we can't just give people permission to change the blog descriptions, that's within admin powers.

[waluigi48]

Yes. I agree with that completely.

Let me see if there's a way to define said permission only within that board.

But yeah, risky territory b.c. it's an admin thing. But I see why it'd be a good idea. (Conventionality sucks. xD)

[cookieboy17]

It shouldn't be a buzz kill if people can't change it themselves cause the admins usually come on everyday, only H-J has some different times due to being in Australia.

[caleb333]

This is an awesome idea!

[cookieboy17]

Locked. Read here for more or just PM an admin now if you wanna change your blog up.
