In Sonic Adventure we are introduced to a new Amy Rose. She is older and more (?) mature and given a new design. Adventure and every game after Amy has maintained her status as one of the main characters of the series along with Tails, Knuckles, and Sonic.
I like what they did to Amy. I like older Amy much more than classic Amy I think she looks cooler and is just cuter, her new personality also helps, even though sometimes her Sonic obsession gets a little annoying. Out of all the games she has been in her Zero Gravity look is still my favorite, with her longer hair and dress.
