A/B Prompt - A custom event for Mario Party 2.

This event is more of a template that can be used to set up a yes/no prompt for an event due to the current lack of standard textbox prompts usable in custom events. When the prompt appears, the player can press A or B accordingly to initiate either of the options, which can be filled in with event code of your own. CPUs have a 50% chance of selecting either option.
