I think Dr.Neo Cortex from Crash Bandicoot 2 is really easy. You can beat him in 40 seconds which is really short for a final boss. What was the easiest Boss Battle you have fought?

The same question as Yoshi1999's question but what is your least favorite? I think the Wii is my least favorite as it had no games that made me say "This was amazing" unlike the other Nintendo Systems.
