To run this board, Open PartyPlanner64 and go to SETTINGS, check the FIRST checkbox under UI "Advanced Features", then check "Skip Overwrite Validation". Load up the json in PartyPlanner64 with Import Board, and Load your Mario Party 3 ROM, then overwrite Chilly Waters and Save the ROM.
