This event is the antithesis of Bowser Revolution. This event will take a percent of the poorest player's coins and give them to the richest player, then it will take a percent of the 2nd poorest player's coins and give them to the 2nd richest player.
4_to_1 and 3_to_2 are the percent taken. Set it to 100 to take all coins. Set it to 50 to take half.
