MP3 The Last Five Turns Event

Put this event as an after turn event on your board to have a revamped Last 5 Turns Event on your board!!
Right before the last five turn events starts, Toad will help out any player trailing behind!
If multiple players are behind, they all get items!
If only one player is behind, he can either pick
- An Item: Giving a random item to that player (even a rare one sometimes)
- Some Coins: Starting an event relating coins (or even a star...)
- Something Else...: Adds a new rule to the game!
To make "Something Else..." work, put "Blue Space Ruleset" on landing on every blue space, "Red Space Ruleset" on landing on every red spaces, and put "Koopa Bank Ruleset" on passing on every koopa bank (delete "visit bank" on each bank space and add it again as a passing event to make it work better!)
It's easy to use and adds the last 5 turns excitement that Mario Party 3 desperately needed! Feel free to use it on any of your boards!!
