Nice to see you there! It's been a while.
Here in the Kaleidoscope Woods are plenty of mischievous characters, most of them are just here to party though!
With pipes that move you across the board and mysterious question mark clouds with all sorts of effects what isn't to love?
Other than Jeanie who'll move your star before you know it.

(A simple map with relatively few complicated bells and whistles but enough to keep you on your toes. Nice for those who want a play experience closer to vanilla mp3.)

Good board, nothing too crazy about it design or concept wise, just a good normal board.

However I found 2 things wrong with this board that are pretty major issues that need to be fixed.

1. One of the star spaces isn't connected to a path so its impossible to get to. Its on the right side of the board, space #17 0x11, it skips right over it so please connect that space.

2. at the junction in the middle of the board at space #76 0x4C, when you use a reverse shroom to get there, it only gives you the options of moving either to the left or to the right, not up. I am unsure if this is a limitation of the reverse shroom or something wrong with the board, though I don't know what that would be since I don't see anything wrong myself. Maybe reverse shroom can only choose 2 directions when moving backwards so it chooses the 2 lowest space values? That's my random guess at least, but just something to know especially since the path you can't reverse to goes to a star, it's pretty vital in play.

Positives :
-I like the happening space with the Yoshi winged cloud producing coins and felt as if it synergized well with the theme of the board
-The underlying image of the board is well made

Negatives:
-After the first item shop theres a strip of 14 spaces and then boo after boo you must traverse another 14 spaces before you reach a junction. Without an item this path can feel extremely long and brutal
-Board layout is a little confusing was unsure of where junctions led to until I reached junction space
-Happenings don’t feel board tailored

Suggestions
-happening spaces that feel tailored to the board
-Arrows for the junctions
-Shorten the 28 Space strip or add a junction in between

Thank you for letting me play your game you worked very hard on it this is just how I felt personally
