This event will take the player's coins, and redistribute them evenly at your discretion
The Tax is the percent of coins that will be taken from each player. 100 would make it work exactly like Bowser Revolution, 50 would only take half of each player's coins before dividing by 4 and giving to each player.
Attached is a reference for what % of coins will be taken at what Tax. The division is inexact.
