If you’ve been keeping up, Nintendo has been posting short videos of various scenes holding bits of information for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on their Facebook page. They’ve done it again, however, this one was found on their Twitter. It shows off Link wielding various weapons as he traverses the land. If you want to see just what he uses, please go here.

Back to Bianco

A modder/Youtube user named “Mk7Tester” has posted this video showing that they managed to import the first world of Super Mario Sunshine, Bianco Hills, into Super Mario 3D Land. There are no Sunshine enemies of course, but the modder placed question blocks, power ups, and even the goal pole from Super Mario 3D Land within the level. In the description of the video, they let us know that eventually, they will release this level that is part of an entire hack “sometime in the future.”

Meta Knight Nendodroid

Nendodroids are quite popular, I’m aware, so if you are a fan of the Kirby series, I’m sure this will be pleasant news. Meta Knight’s Nendodroid, shown to the left, appears to be available for pre-order. Here the pre-order is roughly $50, so if you are interested, perhaps you want to invest? Mexican Mario Doritos

Yes, you see the title correctly! Nintendo seems to have partnered with Doritos of Mexico, so if you are in Mexico, you may have seen Mario and other Mario characters adorned on the chip bags. There even seems to be some promotion involving a chance to get physical rewards such as Mario Kart 7 or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. To see more details on this promotion, go here to the official page.

Shot Down!

ZeldaNX2Yet another video showing off a simple feature for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild came up from one of Nintendo’s social media platforms. This one is also from their Facebook and shows off Link’s archery skills. While it doesn’t show off the special glowing arrow we’ve seen in the original teaser trailer for Breath of the Wild, we get to see the standard, Fire, Ice, and Bomb arrows in action. We even get to see how they work against other enemies. You can watch this video here.

Pokémon  and Target Team-Up

Pokémon GO has jacked up Pokémon’s popularity tenfold and it seems the superstore chain Target has caught on. According to this press-release by them, the red spheres sitting outside their stores have been changed to PokéBalls! It seems like this is supposed to celebrate Pokémon as a whole as well as advertise Target’s Pokémon products. I’ve seen these new PokéBalls myself, so it is funny to see more stores around the country are doing it.

16 Minutes with Zelda

GameXplain posted this video just a few hours ago showing off a full sixteen minutes of gameplay of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This was all filmed at Gamescom, too. With all these teaser clips of the game, I figured I should let you all know on a greater and longer video with more gameplay of this open-world game. Just go and check it out, will you?
