Nintendo Direct Announced for November 12!

The first Nintendo Direct since the passing of Iwata is set to arrive on Thursday, November 12, 2015! The next broadcast of the year is set to showcase upcoming 3DS and Wii U releases, likely for the remainder of 2015 and early 2016. Expect updates to games like Xenoblade Chronicles X, Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival, Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon and the possibility of more content for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, and more.

First I’d like to say Cloud is an awesome inclusion in smash! I’ve been seeing people getting mad that they chose Cloud instead of other final fantasy characters due to his lack of history with Nintendo and that it looks like he’s borrowed moves from other swordsmen. To address the first issue, I like to look at it as Cloud not only repping Final Fantasy 7, but Final Fantasy as whole. Just in case you guys hadn’t seen this already, Ninty UK claims the December Smash broadcast will be “the last one for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS”. Take that as you will.
