Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is now internationally available! It’s time to start smashing for real! You can download it now from the Nintendo eShop for $39.99, or pick the game up at your nearest retailer for the packaged version! In order for you to play online, you must have downloaded the update patch that was released earlier. This fixes the glitch that bans Peach players and adds Conquest Mode.
For those of you in Europe and Australia, the Super Smash Bros. 3DS XL bundle is now available as well, and it also comes with the game pre-installed.
Before you start smashing, be sure to connect to the internet first thing so you can get your Global Smash Power set up, as Sakurai suggested you do so.
As of now, there are still no reports on a solid release date for the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U game. Most are speculating Friday, November 21, 2014, but we must wait until Nintendo confirms the date themselves.
