Last month, we informed that the Yoshi (NES) game was on sale for 30 cents in the Wii U Nintendo eShop. This time, Donkey Kong (NES) is the new 30-cent game being offered. Starting now, you can buy it for 30 cents, and the sale goes on until Tuesday, August 13, 2013. This game originally came from the Arcade version in 1981, and made its way to the NES in 1983. This game has you playing as Mario (Jumpman) climbing up to save Pauline, while avoiding the barrels Donkey Kong throws. This is also the last game to be offered for only 30 cents.
Today, Monday, July 15, 2013, marks the 30th anniversary of the launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System, also known as Famicom, in Japan. Are you picking up Donkey Kong (NES) and have the NES hooked to celebrate the special day?
