By Nintendo has announced that a third installment to the New Super Mario Bros. series will be heading to the Nintendo 3DS. Titled New Super Mario Bros. 2, the game has been given little to no details, but four screens have been revealed.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 is expected to launch in August 2012 in Japan and North America.
