Yeah, one of the best items. I hate the fact the mallet can break apart sometimes.

Yeah this item can be cool, but it can also get really annoying (in SSBB it was even more annoying, damn Tingle). So yeah, it's also pretty nostalgic because of the theme that plays from old Donkey Kong.

Headless Hammers were lol
Headless Hammers are really really common when I play Multiplayer Melee lol. It's a good item though when it messes up and you pick up that mallet and just completely own the other person.
