The change wasn't exactly appealing to most of us at first, but now, it actually is. To be honest, SMPS/SMPSF was a little silly. MPL/MPLF was a much better productive name.
But now I can't call it SMPSMPSMPSMPSMPSMPSMPS

The abbreviation got smaller but the name change still makes no sense.

Just like most people said, it was mainly a name change with a new look. This name is more creative, though. I will still use the SMPSF layouts when I get bored of this one, but some of them are really hard to see text.
