Yes, the third tab of the Japanese QR Codes has been discovered. It's Metal Mario.

Knew it'd be more characters, but it looks like that third tab is only for Metal Mario. So another re-skin of Mario, just metal.

It might have been expected since in Japan, they kept using Metal Mario in Mario Kart 7.

They just re-skinned Mario and try to pass it off as a different character. How lazy. Any character would have been better. Koopa, Shy-Guy, or heck even Blooper, at least he isn't just another character re-skinned.

Also, the irony is that, on the front Mario Tennis Open box-art cover, it had Mario, Yoshi, and Bowser. It also had Princess Peach, but her alternative would be Daisy. Just wow.

Yeah, I know, forgot to mention Baby Peach, but there was Baby Mario, as well.

Rosalina's chances of getting in is slim to none, though.

I definitely would've preferred another character, maybe Dry Bones grumble, but I guess it does make sense Metal Mario is big in Japan. Whenever I played against a Japanese person on MK7, they would always be MM, Shy Guy of their Mii.

I can't believe we've waited more than a month for... That... I'd prefer to have no QR code than him, he ruined a perfectly OK roster.
