Hello! My name is Starlie. I am the host of this Mario Party game. Bowser was trying again to get all the Ministars, the residents of the Star Haven. I am now the new leader of the Star Spirits and me and the other Stars need your help to get back all our poor MiniStars..

Note: I've taken a long while to finish this! Did a lot of pictures myself that will of course be ugly. The Party Mode is complete! The other modes a bit less but anyway.. Enjoy!

GAME MODES

Story Mode: Here, you can play either on Solo or Multiplayer on the 8 boards of the game (without counting the DK one and DLC ones.). Solo mode, you are against 3 of the Bowser Minions and you need to get hearts in order to survive. 0 hearts and you need to restart the board. In Multiplayer, there is less hearts and all the players are helping each-other to reach the end of the board with at least one member remaining.

Party Mode: The board mode from Mario Party 9 & 10 is back and more complete than ever! In case you doesn't know the rules, you need to get the more Ministars as possible before the end of the board. Also, you are all in the same vehicule. More informations bellow.

Minigame Mode: Come here if you just wanna play Minigames! Free Play let you play any Minigames you want, Victory King is a race to win a set number of minigames, Athletic Run is a multiplayer mode where each player want to finish each Minigame as quick as possible, Draw the Cards is a card game where you need to get all the opponements cards using the right ones, Adventure Island is a racing game similar to Wii Party where you need to reach the end first and Boss Rush is a battle against all bosses, don't loose hearts and get first to win hearts back! You can also get DLC modes as well which are coming back from previous Mario Party entries.

Extras Mode: Here are the bonus modes! There is a puzzle mode, a mission mode, the records and options AND MORE!

Shop Mode: Come here to buy new boards, vehicules, collectibles and more!

NOW I'LL EXPLAIN PARTY MODE!!

Players: Each player has his own characteristics both for minigames and board as well as their own special attack that they can only use ONCE during a board game.
Speed: XXX Can add +1 on a dice roll X Can substract -1 on a dice roll (Doesn't apply with certain special dices.) The player will be faster both on speed and animations on the minigames.
Hability: XXX Get better items X Get worse items. The player will jump higher and have more range to his attacks.
Power: XXX Can make some items randomly more powerful X Can make some items randomly less powerful. The player will take less knockout and give more to their opponements.
Luck: XXX Get slightly more luck with space and events X Get slightly less luck with space and events. Will have more luck in luck-based minigames.

Also, AIs are different for each character. Mario & Luigi are normal, Wario and Waluigi are sneaking (always doing bad tricks even to their own risks.) Peach and Daisy are tactical (More defensive than offensive but sometimes find clever strategies.) Toad and Toadette are risky (Play really offensive, trying to win at all means even if there are a lot of risks doing so.) and Yoshi and Rosalina are collectives (Not really offensive, just try to get the most Ministars each turn.)

RULES BEFORE PLAYING

You can edit A LOT before starting to play so you are sure to get the type of game for each player!

Number of laps: (1 to 3) Decide how much times you want to play the board, you cannot get 2 times the same Koopaling. After each laps, Bowser add 2 battle space, 3 Hidden Block, 1 Chance Time space, 1 Bowser space and 1 DK Space.

Handicap: You can decide for each player with how many ministars they will start with, with how much dices and items they will start the game and if they get an special attack or not.

Ais: The difficulties for them are "Really Easy" "Easy" "Normal" "Hard" "Really Hard" "Brutal"

Minigames: You can pick which minigames will appears in-game. All (All of them) Easy (Only the simpler minigames) Action (The one with a lot of stuff going on) Strategy (The calmest one that revolves thinking) Hard (The minigames that revolves the most about the player skills. No luck minigame here.) Also you can pick between your 3 custom minigames list that you can even rename to make them clearer.

Item slots: Pick if you want to desactive certains items, reduct items/dice slots and more!

Vehicules: You can pick the vehicule of your choice. Every board play with the same vehicule (A car.) but you can pick any car you want to change the gameplay. (Some decide which Koopaling will be played, some can add more space to the game and some other are just totally weird. Also, some are just purely for decoration, make your pick!)

Bonus Stars: Decide if the Bonus Stars should be given at the end of the board and which ones: Either 3 of them that are shown at the start, 3 out of 6 that are shown at the start, Any of them all at random, None or 3 of the ones of your choice (Out of 3/6)

Luck-O-Meter: This can be activated or disactivated, basically, select a number between 0 to 10, 10 being the most luck-based (Adding more luck based spaces (Bowser,DK,Chance), more ministars, less VS and items and more brutal Bowser/DK events.) while 0 being the most skill-based (Doing the exact opposite.) 5 is a normal Mario Party game. Choose the number that sounds the best to you!

Minigame Space:pass on this space to trigger an Minigame and win ministars! The minigame happening depends of the space the players fall on. (Green= Random Color. Other/None= Pick a color.)

Team Battle = Two seperates colors. Winning Team +3
All against One= One color different than the others. Solo wins +6 Team wins +2
The captain when the car pass on this space select the minigame between 3 choices except if the last player can pick. After the minigame, his turn continues, the space doesn't count in the roll rumber.

Battle Space:Fall on this space to trigger a batte minigame. The rules can vary each times. Each Bro has a different pay system and they turn a wheel to decide how much MiniStars you all will bet. (0,3,5,10 or 1/4. Sometimes, 1/3 and 20 can also appears on the wheel.) And the minigames is decided between 3 minigames and each player vote for a minigame. (A tie = The unselected minigame.)
Hammer Bro: 1st get 60% of the ministars. 2nd get 30% and 3rd get 10%
Fire Bro: Only the player in last place give the ministars. 1st get 70% of them and 2nd get 30%
Ice Bro: Only the player in first place get his bet back!
Boomerang Bro: Similar to Hammer Bro except the positions to get the ministars get shuffled around and you play an Order Minigame instead.
Thunder Bro: Duel the oponement of your choice. If you win, you can steal Ministars or items to the looser. If you loose, they can steal you too but less.
Sledge Bro: Depending your place, you'll get an better spot at the SLEDGE BRO MINIGAME to get back the Ministars.

Bowser Space: Bowser comes to do some madness. (Usually to the player misfortune.) The events varies depending your rank and the difference between the first player ministars and yours.
Also, If you fall on this space with zero MiniStars, you get as much MiniStars as the total of all your oponements MiniStars /4
1 BOWSER RATING (Soft punishement.)
Give an random item to the player in last place.
Give 5 MiniStars to the player in last place.
Loose all your items or your dices.
Renverse Minigame (The looser of the minigame get 10 Ministars)
2 BOWSER RATING (Average punishement.)
Give 10 MiniStars to the player in last place.
Bowser Minigame (The loosers loose Ministars or items. It can also be a bonus Minigame, loose as much ministars as you get hit.)
Every player loose their items or dices.
Poisoned, loose 1 of all your stats for 3 turns.
Bowser gift, get an Bowser Mushroom for free.
3 BOWSER RATING (Evil punishement.)
Give 3 MiniStars to each opponement.
Team Minigame, win the minigame or else everybody will be penalised.
Chance Time Bowser. Act as an Chance Time space except Bowser is on the winning side.
Item Swap. Everybody swap items and dices.
One of your items get transformed into a Boo. You can't see witch one. Sometimes, no item get transformed but Bowser doesn't tell you.
4 BOWSER RATING (Awful punishement.)
Give 5 MiniStars to each opponement.
Bowser Revolution, everybody get the same number of Ministars.
Win 100 MiniStars. (Get nothing except if you are last, you get 10 MiniStars. When you are REALLY behing, he can actually gives you 100 MiniStars)
Bowser Battle Game. Play an Battle Minigame for either 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 or 0 of your MiniStars.

Boss Battle Space: There is one at the first third of the board where the capitain can pick out of 3 Koopaling which one he wants to fight in a boss battle.
When you pass it, your turn is done and you play the Boss Minigame. If you fall right on it, you get the highest Bonus Captain.

Also sometimes, you can get a Pink Boo instead of an item. NEVER use the item he transform into or else you'll loose 1/4 your ministars. Also, if you meet Boo with an Pink Boo, both will dispears.

BOARDS.
Each board were inspired to me by an Mario Sports Mix court.

Petey's Garden
Story: This garden was the propriety of Wiggler who was taking care of the living flower. But since Petey came along, he got rid of Wiggler and just ruin the whole garden. Free the flowers!

The main gimmick of this board is the Happening space. When you enter the main entrance of Petey's Garden. You can see at the middle 12 Party Balls. They get filled with different stuff. Ministars, Minizstars, items, a boo, an Battle space, something that shuffle the Party Ball around, an Bowser space, an Dk space or something that can make Petey attack. 4 ranges of 4 bowl, each of a different color get filled with different stuff. (Bombs,1 Ministar,1 MiniZstar,nothing)
Afterward, try to remember which party bowl is the most filled and try to get it! Throw your bombs when Petey close his mouth. The more bombs you throw at once, the more points you get.
When he gets angry, he throw more ink (that slows you down.) and even on-screen! (While playing and party bowls getting filled.) You also cannot see your score anymore.
He also spit enemies that makes you loose 1 point and 1 Ministar.
Also, some flowers grows on the stage, Flowers Spit an Mini Star, Pirahnia Plants Spit an Mini Zstar.
The final hit gives +5 points, middle hit give the double of point.

Blooper Sea
Story: Blooper has started an war against the Cheep Cheeps with the seashells as helpers. The Cheep Cheeps didn't stand a chance and need your help to be free!

The main gimmick of this board is the Happening space again. When you start the game, you can see the long line of 10 bubbles. It filled with Ministars, Minizstars, DK space, Bowser space, Boss Space, Boo, Battle, Items, Shuffler or empty. Fall on the Happening space to get the last bubble of the line. When you get it, the bubble get filled with something else and put back in front. You need to have a solid memory to make this space useful

When the memory game is done, only 3 seashells remind. Two of them get a bob-omb. Afterward, they shuffle around and you need to stand on the one that has no bob-omb or else you will loose 10 Ministars.

Here is the memory game! You need to select two seashell out of the 12 ones that has the Cheep Cheeps of the same color in them. Wrong answer= Stop playing. Good answer +2 Ministars. Story: This factory is guarded by a Chomp. It's full of freshly created bob-omb and is full of Bowser's Ministars.
The main gimmick of this board are their conveyor belts which forces you to go to a certain direction.

Some also give an Bob-omb, you must pass it to someone else before it explodes
Also, try to dodge the giant Piston who will stomp you!
Find the bumper in the boxes to get transported to Chomp, spam A to hurt him and get points.
When he's angry, conveyor belts are faster, Pistons moves, player in 1st place get a bob-omb, he can swap the movement of the conveyor belts and you get less time to hurt him.
The final hit gives +5 points, middle hit give the double of point.

Bandit's Desert
Story: Bandit has hired a lot of Shy Guys to steal items and make them all rich that way, hidden in the desert. They also stole a lot of ministars.
The main gimmick of this board besides the stealing Shy Guys are the wind who strikes each 3 turns. When the wind strikes, he's too strong to let you play so you have to skip a turn.

Dry Bones Ruins
Story: Dry Bones learned black magic with his magic card. But you are lucky, he forgot them!

The main gimmick of this board are the various Boss space. Remember the set of cards that appears at the start of the game and choose the card with the hammer of your color before Dry Bones' Bone hurt you nd makes you loose 1/4 Ministars. If you pick your card, you get +3 Ministars. If you pick an opponement card, he get +5 Ministars but you are safe. If you pick-a-boo card, you loose -5 more ministars as well, empty cards does nothing and shuffle card make an order minigame happens to decide how get hurt by the bone. When you select a card, it became an empty card.

Story: Here is Bowser! He used the ministars magic to make his castle huge! Plus, he's ready for you with all his traps.
The gimmick of this board are the flying panels. It randomly change each turn on a number from 1 to 6. If you do that number, it explodes and you loose 1/4 ministars.
Also, Bowser destroy the Mini-Boss fortress so there is no Koopaling fight in that board.

Middle hit is double point, Final hit is +3

Right before the bonus stars, Dry Bowser comes by and scream loudly, saying it's not over yet!
He create a final long path to the final battle!
The new gimmick is you must NOT get the same number as Bowser's roll otherwise, you loose 1/3 ministars.
Bower take one random dice from an Toad House he shows before each turn, you need to predict Bowser roll!

Actually, it's more like an game idea but it would be interessing if it became an activity actually!  :D
Just, making the boss compatible with the forum format would be pretty hard but still.
Also, I plan to make an Mario Party fangame but I was thinking more about something like Island Tour with each board being differents from the other and updates for more board.. But I need the motivation for that, it would be pretty hard!
