Not likely, and as much as i want it but Mario Party 10 is most likely to be announced next year. Hopefully this theory is wrong but who knows, Nintendo might surprise us. Also Nintendo is focusing on that piece of crap Wii Party 2 and they might show off more at E3.
Also i do not recommend you getting MP 9 unless you have someone to play with, Otherwise you'll be disappointed.

If it's anything like 9 I don't think I want another Mario Party. With everything else that's going on at E3 this year I doubt it'll be there.

Not a chance. Nd Cube clearly has other priorities with the next Wii Party. The chances for a handheld Mario Party are better, but I would still call them slim.
Also, I don't really mind if it will be like the old games or 9. If they are like the old games, great, and if it's like 9, I'm interested to see what they have changed to make it better. I'll get excited either way.

No. I agree with SZ. It's really too soon to expect another when Mario Party 9 was only released 11 months ago. It is possible for Mario Party 3DS, but I'd still say it's a very low chance of that happening. I also wouldn't expect one when two Mario games are announced to be shown and played at E3 2013.
Well, my issue wasn't that MP9 was released 11 months ago. If it wasn't for the Wii Party U announcement, I would have said that it is very possible to expect a new Mario Party.Vipsoccermaster said:

With Wii U Party announced and all that I wouldn't expect another Mario Party to be announced soon. But there is a very slight chance. I would love if that happened. "Mario Party 10" seems to be the last thing on ND Cube's mind at the moment.
I think it's way too soon because MP9 has also been out for a year and more importantly, Nd Cube is working on a Wii Party game for Wii U coming out this summer. Maybe that game will be at E3, but I doubt we'll see anything Mario Party there.
I could say "maybe". As much as I think it might not really happen this year, that doesn't mean that there wouldn't be one. Only time will tell if there is one. Well I wish to see one because they are fun. But really, we could be surprised, we will see at this said E3.

Now that Mario Party 3DS has been announced, we definitely shouldn't expect Mario Party for Wii U to be announced this year. At least there's Wii Party U to fill our party needs on Wii U!

Now due to the recent announcement of Mario Party 3DS, the chances of Mario Party 10 being announced at E3 is close to impossible. I'd like to say there's a 1/8192 chance now. They are most likely going to show more information on Mario Party 3DS instead. But if they do announce a Mario Party 10 at E3, words cannot express the state of shock I would be in.
Absolutely agree with you guys. No chance that Mario Party 10 will show at E3 2013 now that Mario Party 3DS is in the works at the time. Wii Party U will take that honor. We should wait until E3 2014 or E3 2015, at least.
