Because if it is, I won't get MP9, and I'll wait for MP10.

Well, my issue wasn't that MP9 was released 11 months ago. If it wasn't for the Wii Party U announcement, I would have said that it is very possible to expect a new Mario Party.Vipsoccermaster said:No. I agree with SZ. It's really too soon to expect another when Mario Party 9 was only released 11 months ago. It is possible for Mario Party 3DS, but I'd still say it's a very low chance of that happening. I also wouldn't expect one when two Mario games are announced to be shown and played at E3 2013.
Now adding to this, with the announcement of Wii Party U, that game is slated for a Summer release. I think we can expect a Mario Party 10 announcement in E3 2014, with a release late that year or early to mid 2015, because Wii Party was seen in E3 2010 and was released shortly after, with Mario Party 9 shown in E3 2011, and then released in March 2012. Now there was nothing for partying for E3 2012. So come next E3, E3 2013, Wii Party U was announced beforehand (in this case, Wednesday, January 23, 2013), and will very much likely be shown at E3 2013 with a release (still for Summer 2013) shortly after. Speed ahead to E3 2014, we could expect a Mario Party 10 for Wii U to be announced then with a release later that year or in 2015. That's kind of the pattern I'm seeing here right now. I'm not sure for Mario Party 3DS.SuperZambezi said:Well, my issue wasn't that MP9 was released 11 months ago. We never should have expected it at all thanks to Wii U Party.Super Mario Party said:Now that Mario Party 3DS has been announced, we definitely shouldn't expect Mario Party for Wii U to be announced this year. At least there's Wii Party U to fill our party needs on Wii U!
MP10 isn't happening. We got MP3DS instead of MP10Lord Vaati said:Because if it is, I won't get MP9, and I'll wait for MP10.
