Double Review! First the game FNAF! Or am I lying like the Pers. Quiz? :p

We're waiting every night to finally roam and invite...Wait what? Invite yourself to a FNAF survival party? Oh hell no. FNAF is indeed one of the scariest apps ever, and indeed one of the best.

FNAF has a story with tons of suspense, such as the Bite of 87 which was revealed in the 4th game. I liked the idea of it, but I wish that it was implemented more into the game. It felt like it was WAYYYY off the topic of FNAF. If they put a relation, perhaps the main FNAF events should link to the actual game. But however, the game itself is indeed a bit scary, because you never know when the animatronics will come jumpscare you! >: ) However, I felt like there was a lack of content. ONLY 6 nights and a custom night? Maybe there could be new modes or even another mode for FNAF. Overall, I thought FNAF was poor in content, but exceled in gameplay. HOWEVER, the visuals for this game were decent, but not excellent like the newer installments. But for the first game in the horror series, I was very impressed with the design. And the visuals kept getting better and better. 8) Overall, FNAF is a decent game with nice visuals, but it felt like there was lack of content, but did provide some challenge that made the game seem real.

SCORES:
Visuals/Design: 8/10
Gameplay/Fun to Play: 8/10
Replayability: 5/10
Uniqueness: 9/10
FINAL GRADE: 30/40 (75% or C)

And obviously the Koopaling winner is...

CONS:
-Hair looks a bit "weird" lol
-In my opinion, he is "eh" in personality besides being smart

FINAL GRADE: 88% (B+)

Also, sorry for the small reviews b/c I have school stuff I need to do. :/
Also I won't be doing these as often, maybe 1 every 1-2 weeks at the most. :-\ Sorry.

NEXT POLL: VOTE FOR ONE OF THOSE SPLATOON STAGES!

And OMG I forgot the other review. So first...

Urchin Underpass 2.0!

latest

I gotta admit, I didn't play the first version, so I can't compare. I like the areas where you can hide out; a very good stage for hide and seek if you're interested. :p
Turf War: It's decent. There is a fair amount of place to turf; I feel like there is a change in game almost every time I play!
Splat Zones: The developer team did a great job of doing Splat Zones, because I enjoy the middle as the main spot, but you can always come from the sides, and hide behind the trees.
Tower Control: One of my least favorite ones, I thought the path was okay. Didn't really see any major spots to hide, except if you don't wanna be involved with the tower.
Rainmaker: I enjoyed Rainmaker on this. I like how there were different paths you could take, trying to hide from the enemy. A very fast-paced mode. :)
-This is probably one of my shorter reviews-

Overall, I give Urchin Underpass 2.0 an 8/10.

LOL
Sorry, called inactivity lol

Shall I review people's SMM levels like Yoshiman? (Not like his on video, but I'll give a fair review)
Poll up.
I'll use you as my testdummy then for my levels. I know I'm not perfect, so please rate them as you would a normal level if you do.
(Also what do you mean by "I'll give a fair review? :p)

I would give a reasonable and accurate review, no matter what type of level. :p That includes Kaizo levels! XD

Kaizo levels don't deserve the kind of points you give them though ~ that's an actual fact from a game programmer's point of view.

Well, I got some positive and some negative answers, so I think I'll start near Christmas. And if you say no, please tell me why so I can improve it! :)

Anyways, this review is one that I bet nobody will know of and probably doesn't care about. :p So Raf, get ready because here's the best review you'll ever see!

Monster Busters (Series)

Monster-Busters-logo.jpg

Ah, the Monster Busters series. The series itself consists of two games: the original and Hexa Blast. Generally, the game is a match-three puzzle game where you match at least 3 monsters. Matching more may give you combos, and will increase your score. I personally think both games bring a vast amount of elements to the table. Unlike the original, Hexa Blast has a few new items, such as the X-Bomb. However, you're probably like "oh, this game looks so repetitive and basic...". Well, you're wrong. The original has over 2,500 levels, and Hexa Blast has around 1,000, plus secret quests, which I'll get to later.

Along to that, the team is constantly adding new levels, each set with new gimmicks. Despite myself getting only up to Level 385ish on the original, I really enjoy playing the levels and trying to get the best score as an added challenge. Yes, I'm still working on it! And now the fun part: the gimmicks. The gimmicks are what differs a basic match-three puzzle game from Monster Busters (and HB). Each set of levels are called "episodes", and each episode has a different, introduced gimmick. In the begging, you may see wooden blocks and chains, but eventually, you'll have to take on iron clouds, black holes, and much more! And at the end of each episode, there is a boss (there are different kinds), where you have to clear adjacent monsters in order to defeat him. As the game progresses, the episodes become longer, meaning that there are more bosses! And if you're lucky, you may stumble upon a quest. Quests have unique features in which you complete 10-15 levels to earn a reward, and a badge! Still not convinced on this? Well, there's more!

Every week, there are weekly tournaments, where you compete in 3 Muneras to try to achieve the highest score. Depending on your percentile, you may earn coins, badges, and more! Well, if you wanna have more fun (this isn't mandatory), you could connect to Facebook, and play with your friends! You could send them items, extra lives, and boosters! Kinda interesting when trying to get the highest score!

Along with the gameplay, the graphics and quality are pretty good. Not perfect, but not bad. I gotta say Hexa Blast does a better job in that stuff. On the other hand, the music is GREAT. It's really catchy (especially the Hero challenge themes), and always fun to listen. My only suggestion is to maybe add a few more soundtracks instead of hearing the same one each time (excluding the boss battles). And if anybody even cares, you can find the Hexa Blast Hero Challenge music (Extended) on my channel. : P

Even though this game is very close to perfection, there are a few flaws. For example, you start out with ~ 5 lives, depending on if you purchase or regain any. So when you reach 0, game over. However, you can wait for a little while to get lives back, buy some using coins, and sometimes, you can get a chance to earn some! As an added bonus, maybe the team should add another theme besides what we have, but overall, they did an exceptional job!

Monster Busters and its sequel have many elements that demonstrate a proper match-three game. If you ever want to get a free game for your IPad (or Facebook), and are interested in puzzles and replayability, the Monster Busters series is for you!

GAMEPLAY: 9.5/10
REPLAYABILITY: 9.75/10
GRAPHICS/QUALITY/MUSIC: 8.75/10
ENJOYABILITY: 9.6/10

FINAL GRADE: 9.4/10 = 94 (A)

Next review can be decided in the poll!

Voted 3D World, but the "not ctgp" part on MKW bugs me. Not that you aren't going to do it, but the thought of you reviewing a mod. Yes, I know you did this before with Newer, but why would you review edits of an already existing game? You may as well give the original NSMBW the same score then :p

I want to review them differently. NSMBWii and Newer have different music, levels, etc. , but they both have the same feel. I actually would give NSMBWii a 10/10 in originality, unlike Newer.

I'll review them separately b/c MKWii doesn't have Wiimmfi, or add-ons like CTGP. I see what you're saying though.
I may just do two separate reviews, but one big review on all MKWii (With and without CTGP) ;)

Redid that part of the poll FYI.

Explain to me how a reboot of a NES game is so original it deserves a 10/10. No really, it's essentially the same thing as the original SMB. Run and up around in levels and rescue the princess.

Yes I know that, but it feels like an old(er) game b/c of it, like the concept, enemies, and especially the music. Compared to an SNES game, it feels old but fun. (Think of memorability)
I still want an answer.
