In your opinion, should Nintendo have bought the 100% stake in Rare when the Stampers offered it up, or the 49% they bought?
Bought the 100% stake in Rare. Rare would have then continued to produce quality titles for Nintendo with their IPs, as well as making excellent Donkey Kong games. Heck, we probably would have seen Banjo-Kazooie as a playable fighter in Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U instead of Duck Hunt if that happened.

Strangely this is similar to my previous question, but, do you think Nintendo should have purchased a stake in Hudson Soft back when the Mario Party and Bomberman series were really popular (GameCube-era) before Konami got involved?
Probably not. Hudson Soft was starting to fall apart, and most of the developers of Mario Party that were part of Hudson Soft left before things got worse. Mario Party moved from Hudson Soft to ND Cube. For Bomberman, I don't know what's going on, but it seems that Bomberman is dead.

Even though Mario Party had the most games on the GameCube (having four installments), none of them were like the first three (maybe except Mario Party 5 or 6). Thing is, the gameplay were starting to get stale, having four players moving individually. So yeah, it was better that Nintendo didn't buy some stake in Hudson Soft since its employees were starting to leave to form ND Cube, and now that Konami owns Hudson Soft and Bomberman, they're not doing anything with it. It just seems that Konami left Hudson Soft to die. I hope that answers your question, Luma Party.

Is there a new/secret rank when you reach 20,000 posts?
Maybe, maybe not. It could be 20,000 posts, it could be more than 20,000 posts.
20,000 posts is a well-rounded number.
Who waits from 15,000 to 25,000 though? XP
Anyone who posts frequently. The ranks are there so that if you want a particular rank, it's there to encourage you to make quality posts and reach it.
