I've done a 10 HP Run and a "No Shopping" run (except for 4 times in the game; 1 I used to get the Jumpman Badge, and the other 3 times were necessary to progress in the game. :p). Besides that, I pretty much just do my normal runs of having a lot of badges. XD
Also I hack for Amazee Dayzees and have a base power of 10 damage after Chapter 4
 
Ok first off, make sure you have the Strange Sack from Floor 50 of Pit of 100 trials; you'll be getting a LOT of items in there. And have some Shooting Stars/Thunder Rages for Grodus & the Shadow Queen. Also, Life Shrooms are always helpful. :p

Make sure your partners are all upgraded to the max. Also, Power Lift is AMAZING against bosses.
Against the Shadow Sirens, get Yoshi, use Power Lift and Stampede. It'll do so much damage to them all since they have a Defense of 0.
Note that in the final phase of the Shadow Queen, you're guaranteed a Shine Sprite Bingo, so go crazy with spending your FP & SP!

You won't need Spike Shield in Chapter 8 at all, but make sure you do have Feeling Fine badges and other important badges, like Power Bounce (preferably only for bosses lol), Ice Power (might help against Bowser & Grodus and allows you to jump on those Phantom Embers). Anything else is a bonus. Though idk your playstyle (like if you play with High HP/FP or rely on badge setups), so some of these may not be available to you. =P

Vivian is a definite must use in this chapter. :p

I would've put Power Bounce in there and get rid of Lucky Start. Also I would've put Flower Saver in there (maybe over All or Nothing) since it's great to use your moves at such a low cost. I like to have 1 Flower Saver on Mario, but I put on 2 for him if I want to use Double Dip or Power Bounce. I always have 2 on my partner though. :p

Also, I think Zap Tap and Ice Power should've been moved back a bit, but I'd still say they're Top 10 worthy lol

I kind of said it on the podcast, but anyways...
I just felt like life was catching up to me more than I expected, and at times, I thought that podcast would just be a burden... and I felt like I had to do what was best for me, and for the podcast. =P

Ok that's a weird top 10 list but I guess I'll try to answer. :p

I don't really know in a particular order, but the 10 questions I'm asked the most? Hm... (these are both online and IRL)

- Why are Yoshi/Ness/Lucas your favorite characters? (I get this a lot online and IRL)

- How come you're so obsessed with Mario? (From the fanboys in my school who only think Mario is the only franchise ever made by Nintendo -__-)

- How do you deal with your family (Asked IRL, and to be honest I don't even know how to answer that)

- HOW ARE YOU SO SKINNY?!?! (Asked a LOT IRL and sometimes online)

- How old are you? (Asked frequently by my dad -___-)

- Favorite game? (Asked a lot IRL and online)

- How come you like hanging out with girls? (Asked a lot IRL)

The rest of them are sexual-related questions which I do not want to discuss. =P

- Podcast #19 (That mailbag was like the best one, where we had "Favorite Sleeping Position" & "Blondes or Brunettes" :p)

- Podcast #30 (where we discussed Mario Party 3, I joined as a regular, had so many funny moments and the steamed buns question XD)

- Podcast #32 (IIRC that was on Mario Kart Wii and the Juice was the best one ever ROFLMAO)

- Podcast #33 (That was Mario Kart: Double Dash and with Aegis and Toadette on it was pretty funny. Also I loved it when Dark Boo said "her cookie crumpled" LOL)

- Podcast #40 (Mario Party 6, my favorite Mario Party and we had some funny moments, especially when SZ said he liked bouncing on other people and Dark Boo and Toadette interrupted the ending information XD)

- Podcast #48 (Paper Mario: TTYD, which is my favorite single-player game along with Mother 3 and Earthbound, we had some good moments in there, and I was dying when I brought up Marilyn only says "Guh Guh" and Dark Boo's reactions to about everything in this game LOL)

- Podcast #50 (1 year anniversary and was great with everyone on and discussing about the podcast and other things! ^__^

- Podcast #56 (The what we've been doing segment was the best when Dark Boo called me out for "hacking" Paper Mario: TTYD LOL)

I am somewhat, though I'm a whole generation behind (haven't played Gen 5 yet :p), and I plus I still don't have a 2DS/3DS yet, so I'll be fine for now.

I saw a few videos on it though and asdfghjkl the gameplay looks so awesome ;__;
